Your video should include your name, where you're from, where you live, why you're interested in this position, why you feel that you'd be a good fit for this position, and something interesting that most people don't know about you.

Then, upload your video to YouTube, set the permissions to "unlisted" so that it doesn't show up in the YouTube search results, and paste the video URL into the "SUBMIT YOUR ANSWERS" section at the bottom of this page.
